Should those who murder live on?
Please do not email me,but start an appeal to have those who deliberately murder someone to have their life taken away too.
In America they used too use an electric chair, they still might.
But think of the pain that's left behind for the family and friends.
But most of all think of the person also who had their life taken away, they will not breath again.
So would should the one who murders anyone live on.
The law needs changing now, because there are so many now having their lives taken away.

Let the people decide, let them vote on capital punishment,
this and previous governments will not give the people their God given right to choose, and mainly because, we would have a country that punished the criminal not the victim, we would have strict and proper immigration laws, we would be out of Europe, and we would give Scotland the independence most dont want, we would save billions by pulling out of the olympics, what a waste off money, we would withdraw from Afghanistan, we would give ourselves a bit more breathing space from America, and Leeds United would win the Champions leauge.

Then what of the murder of the murderer? How is state sanctioned murder any better?
Capital punishment is not a deterrent. That is proven. It is also irreversible as a judicial decision - and our Judaical process in imperfect. Can you guarantee innocent people would not be killed?
Besides, the bottom line is that the commons of England, together in parliament assembled, decided many years ago to stop capital punishment. It is no longer the law in our Kingdom. You just have to live with that.

this is a very good point you have raised. I am also interested in the same topic, rather I'm obsessed with it. But I do not agree with your point. it is not possible to explain it all here. but you can find them. I created a thread in a forum with this topic. you will find various views from different people of different age. go through it, if you are really interested in this matter. capital punishment is just not accepted. law does not have the right to it.

What ever we think has no relevence. The people are governed by the PC/ human rights fascists in Brussels.....you must try to get used to the fact that your opinion counts for nothing as a member of the EU.

they should have their life taken away yes, but not killed. sending a man/woman to prison pretty much takes his/her life away. do not allow them parole and get rid of some of the **** in the prison (that makes it nice to live in). they deserve to live in a life long time of punishment where they are to think all about what they have done and how wrong it is

So if you murder those who murder, do you then have to kill the executioner? Then kill his executioner, then kill...
Nobody has the right to take a life. We have to have that basic level of control otherwise we are no better than animals.
