Looking for a magazine for an older pistol. Any ideas?
I have a Bersa 97 so it's very hard to find magazines for it. Do you have any ideas on websites or places to call that might carry magazines for older pistols like that?
I live in NC if you know local places.

That should be easy to find.
You have three options.
Best Option - go to Barnes and Noble or your closest newstand and buy a copy of 'Shotgun News'. Inside you will find ads from dozens and dozens of places that specialize in obsolete gun parts. Some have web sites and email - some use fax or phone calls. I would be shocked if one of advertisers does not have what you want.
Next - you can visit Numerich Arms online. This is a truly huge company that buys up tons and tons of parts.
Next - you can do a yahoo search on 'gun auctions' and visit all the big gun auction sites. Not to look for the mag - but register and place a 'wanted' ad. These are almost always for free, but, you have to go through all the hassels of signing up for the web site. And in the end when you do find the magazine - now you will have all these web sites sending ya email.
I would buy the Shotgun News and start contacting the firms that advertise having hard to find magazine on hand.
Good Luck
