How can I not be "boring" in conversations? 10 points.?

Be up on what's going on in your school. You could talk about your job if you have one. Discuss new songs that have come out. Your favorite songs. Movies. Your pet.

Take the focus off yourself and place it on the people you are talking to. Ask about what they like cause that makes others feel more comfortable. Stay abreast of current events so you have something intelligent to talk about, So keep up with whats going on in the news celebrity gossip,and believe it or not people still talk about the weather (smile). Guys usually like talking sports events and girls clothing and hair styles, both groups love music and the latest hot videos.

You got something interesting to say folks will listen but make sure you have some idea about what you're talking about or you may end up sounding like a fool lol. Also don't go on and on cause then that gets boring fast remember to allow the other folks their time to talk and respond to what you're saying cause that's what makes a conversation

Always listen more than you talk - people love talking about themselves, so ask questions about things you know that they love or have a passion for. If you don't know, ask! Be prepared to link your experiences with the subject into the conversation if you can.

Smile and maintain eye contact, but don't stare.

And don't just wait for your turn to talk.

Read up on what others are interested in and then they will have something they know about too., like singers and clothing ,stuff like that. You are smarter than the others are aren't you? So dumb down a little. Then they have a clue about what you are talking about.
