my mother has shingles?

I have 2 little kids ages 3 and 1 .Can they get it from her?

    Yes, during the blister phase. That's when the lesions form blisters and crusts. But if your kids already had chicken pox before, then they are immune. Shingles and chicken pox are caused by the same virus (varicella zoster virus).

    coconut oil is very antiviral and it also makes the immune system stronger , why , because it has 50% lauric acid in it , the same acid that is in human breast milk , and it taste good and it can also be applied to the skin look it up , just make sure to get organic inrefined coconut oil ,

    take 3 or 4 tablespoons a day , 1 on morn , 1 afternoon and 1 eve , and maybe 1 at bedtime ,

    it does many other great things like more energy , coconut connections .com has a wealth of info on it

    my grandmother had chingles as well. no chingles is a form of chicken pox that only the elderly get
