Why does Europe, America, Canada, and Australia allow uneducated and unskilled immigrants to immigrate?

The Baby Boomer population in the aforementioned countries is retiring and they have not reporduced enough people to replace the work force. So the only 2 options they have to save their countries economies is either to start having kids like crazy, or raise their immigration levels

Well, unfortunately in Europe, we have become so welcoming of immigrants, we get the worst kind, plus, in Spain, the people migrating are Hispanics and africans. So much land to cover, we will never be able to stop everyone, but, at least we are not the US, they let in terrorist, good job!.

Because Europeans, Americans, Canadians, and Australians do not want to pick their own crops, clean their own hotels, and nanny their own kids.
