Have you ever really gone berserk?

The only time I can remember is when I first got into cutting. I was mad at everyone and everything around me, so I went into my room and blasted angry music and cut my arm. Right before I got up the stairs I turned and punched a hole in the wall. I'm not the kind of person who lets anger get the best of me so I stopped myself after a while. I didn't have to go to the hospital or anything, but that was a big thing for me. It was the kind of anger you get from not showing your anger after years of being mad. The most annoying part is that I knew it was gonna happen eventually, and I think that it'll probably happen again.

Ballistic yes, berserk no, but that just might be semantics.

For me, praying with FAITH does always work. Calling out Jesus to help me whenever I am not at peace. He will not only give me wisdom to solve any problem, but also make the problem becomes a blessing to me. That is how mighty power our God is.
