What's the best tinted moisturizer?

Of all cost ranges. I'm looking for one and I'd like to get some opinions before getting one.

    Laura mercier Tinted moisturizer is the best one you can buy.

    Anything from Clinique is great! The one I am using has spf 15, so it protects my skin from the sun! It blends well because it isn't heavy like a foundation.

    Yes !! I think You should use Back to basics moisturizer and Pomegranate moisturizing shampoo by Back to basics.this good for you and you should try for your hair....
