Do you think that Hitler's killing people outright is worse than hospitals putting the very sick in the street?
I recently watched Michael Moore's movie "Sicko" and saw that a hospital put a woman, still in her hospital gown, into a cab because she was uninsured and was dropped off in the street unaware where she was.

Involuntary euthansia in dictatorships and modern democracies that still don't have civilised health care available to all, like the British NHS, are barbaric. Nothing Hitler did in that regard was right.

Many things are being done or have been done that have in effect been worse than Hitler. We need Hitler though, he's our poster-boy for tyranny. While certainly, he committed vile acts on his fellow man. We need something to bounce off of as our scapegoat - so when we commit atrocities on one another we can always say "Hey, 'least we're not Hitler right?"
