auto mercedes 380-se?
i have a 1985 mercedes 380-se.can any one tell me where the ac expansion valve is located.i dont want start taking things apart to no avail.iam replacing the whole system.but cant find the expansion valve.any help will be deeply appreciated.thank you.

I can tell ya exactly where it lives.....from inside of the the car , drivers side above the throttle pedal , if it hasn't been touched for prior repairs it should be in cased in foam insulation . They are some what a pain to replace
