What chemicals go through the mother's body also go through the baby's body. It's hard to guess how the fetus experiences this flow of chemicals, but I doubt very much that it can be bad. Good brain chemicals, such as dopamine, create positive effects in the body, negative thoughts and reactions create negative reactions in the body. Since the mother's chemicals effect her that way, I would at least assume they effect the baby the same way. One might even imagine that it could aid the baby's good development.

I don't think so. They have two entirely separate circulatory systems. The placenta allows oxygen to get through from the mother's blood to the baby's blood, but not large molecules like dopamine.
I think small volatiles can get through like ethanol. That's why fetal alcohol syndrome is possible (and in my little town quite common because the people are morons, but don't get me started on that, I haven't had even one fit today yet, no foaming at the mouth, so just don't get me started, OK?)
I'm not sure about my answer here. It's drawn from memory of what I believe to be common knowledge, but if you want a really reliable answer try googling dopamine and placenta and barrier see what you get.

Fetus gets all pessures of sexual activities and mom's efforts to orgasm or even into WC. When the Man is coming, its fluid makes a laundry environ for the fetus. Medicine and Medicos are unaware of
it--only few of them know about it--and advise moms to go on having delights with their partner(s).
It is bad, influences in various ways his post birth life, but it would require quite some pages to make
it clear this subject, thoroughly....choice's personal!!!
