Compaq presario SR1503WM upgrade?
I am wanting to know what the best upgrade option is for this computer to run faster, it currently has 1.24gb of ram and I am planning on mostly using it for Internet surfing photoshop office07 and windows 7? Preferably $200 or less

This pc is old and its not worth it to upgrade. Try installing Ubuntu 10.04. Im using it on a 9yr old hp. I can edit pictures using GIMP(photoshop equivalent) and it has openoffice that work like microsoft office. Save your money and build pc if you get to $400.
