(from a dream) " i got something to tell you, every......" ( if I wur to finish I wald have said. "everyones actting like a ******* zombie"...from a dream about doctor who that took place in a shopping mall.) and then i feel like im short of breath and im really trying hard to say something but it just wont come out and theres that small sense of panic but then I caich my self but I dont finish ill say something els.

lol I just posted a question on my dream, ironic huh. So I shall help you with yours.

One, you're not the only one having those dreams, that happens to me. Does it happen when it's very important statement like life or death for many people. I've read that that means you feel like you're unheard in the walking world and that what you say doesn't matter anyway and your dream is trying to tell you to be more self confident. The dream may also trying to teach you to be more self confident by putting you in situations where you NEED to say something important. My dreams are like your example, I'll be on the Jurassic Park Island and the raptors will be out side a building the people inside don't know but I'll try and go tell them but I'll be out of breath from "running" that's the logic behind that one.
