What car ? Which speakers ? Do you mean subs ? Do you need a new headunit ?
So many questions ! Replacing the CD player & door speakers is as easy as taking out the old, fitting the new. Just make sure the new speakers are the right size.
Here's some help.. find out the wiring and parts needed to connect a better CD player to your car: http://www.caraudiowiring.net/

first off, make sure you got a good mount and somewhat sealed area for where youre mounting your subs. this minimizes the soundwaves coming from the speakers canceling out.
then, from the head unit connect the + to the + terminal of the speaker and the - to the - of the speaker. they have polarity testers to make sure that you are connecting the right terminal to the right cable, but if i were you id run my own wires just to avoid confusion.
finally, to ensure you have a good seal, try some foam tape around the speakers, to ensure a seal.

Connect the positive cable to the positive side on the speaker.
Connect the negative cable to the negative side on the speaker.
Mount/secure the speaker onto something.
and thats it, you have successfully connected a speaker in your car.
