How can I remove Google search results that are compromising my privacy?

I learned the hard way that everything you do on the Internet, is permanent. I'm trying to rid Google Search results of certain pages I've posted to, which would seriously compromise the way people think about me. Nothing adult or illegal, but it's not the kind of content you would share with the entire world. There are even some Facebook groups that come up, some of which I left years ago. If anyone so much as looks up my name on Google, I'm going to have issues.

Update:

Valkoth, are you kidding right now? Everyone knows Google's customer service is negligible/nonexistent. As they say, "take the promptness of a doctor’s office, the incompetence of the

DMV, and the worst customer service experience you have ever

had with a phone company and multiply it by 500 = Google."

Essentially, you can't contact Google.

Contact those sites you posted on and ask them to delete your rubbish and your user account. Otherwise, get a new name. Or find a way to embrace your misguided past.
