Beef for Stir Fry/Chow Main?

Which cut of beef would be best for a chinese stir fry or making beef chow main?

    YOu want a tender flavorful meat to use and I think that rib eye steak is a good choice for it. They use sirloin steak for korean BBQ and you could use that too. They use choice cuts of meat in their dishes.

    Top round steak, thinly sliced, works very nicely too in stir fry dishes.
