Is there any way to unsubscribe from an adult entertainment website?

A subscription nor membership was never initiated. The information was obtained through a merchandise order. There is no place on the web page to "Unsubscribe" or "Opt- Out." I have reported the problem, but I need to produce a password and a username - which I have neither. This cannot be a situation of someone using my computer because I live alone and do not allow other people to use my computer. This has become an annoyance.

Update:

@ Sonny - Initially, there was a fee, but the company has issued a credit to my VISA. Then, I contacted the company that I purchased the mercandise from and they deny furnishing any information to any outside businesses. I contacted Yahoo and they wanted information that I don't have. Their suggestion was to change my email address. I have persued all addresses and phone numbers that are listed on the website. Now I am getting material from numerous origins and some have absolutely no contact information on the webpage.

Update 2:

I have run my Norton security many times and I also have Microsoft Security Essentials. Is that sufficient for what you are thinking about?

Update 3:

I delete the cookies at the end of every day and I run all of my security measures once a day.

first thing if they are charging you money contact you bank and tell them not to pay any charges. then contact the people the merchandise order was made through. also there may be spyware on your computer, scan with your software and use microsoft online safety scanner and microsoft`s malicious software removal tool. is there an address or phone number on the page ? if not there has to be some online agency to contact.

run malicious software removal tool from microsoft.

just type in the first letter of each word on a search MSRT and you will get it. also open internet options in ie8 tools or control panel and delete all cookies.
