One Life to Live Bree Williamson's Pregnancy?

It is very odd. She is due in September and it is getting ridiculous how they are trying to hide it! She is carrying that purse in front of her even to get off the couch. I would love for them to speed hers up and it be Brody's for sure, that with all the stress and stuff she had been under she hadnt gained any weight and was otherwise occupied to notice before.

I was thinking the same thing. At first I thought they would write her pregnancy in. But when she got so far along that she was hiding her belly behind big purses, etc. I never imagined that Jess would be pregnant. I was so surprised that they wrote it in this far along. It's quite ridiculous. Clearly they'll have to send Jess away for a while while Bree is on maternity leave and either Jess will have her baby off-screen or she will have to wear padding for a while.

They have the opposite situation on GH. Elizabeth just gave birth but the actor who plays her is still (quite obviously) pregnant.

i agree with all of the previous answers. and this storyline is even more stupid because natalie, her twin sister, is pregnant too. so sick of jessica hiding behind huge purses, potted plants, shooting her from the neck up, etc. i'm guessing that was the point of making her think she was in high school so that they could let her wear all of the floppy, loose fitting outfits. seriously, why else would she have worn the prom dress that she wore??

Well it seems to be a first for soap opera land. But they did that with Marcia Cross's character on Desperate Housewives when Bree faked her pregnancy to "adopt" her daughter Danielle's son Benjamin.

I'm wondering how they will explain her absence, perhaps another visit to St Annes.

That happened on GH a few years ago, Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Webber) was pregnant in real life, they hid her behind furniture, pillows, purses, people, etc. She went on maternity leave, came back and THEN.. Elizabeth was pregnant!

Very stupid s/l. And it's been so obvious for so long that she was pregnant - even her face is fatter. They'll probably have Jess find out that (a) Ford's the babydaddy, and (b) Brody is Natalie's babydaddy at the same time, so we'll get another alter named Less.

O I know I am kinda confused on what they will do .I am leaning towards Jess losing the baby and Natllie going to term cause If they write that in then Jess will probably go nuts and well out will come tes bess
