I just thought of something, do you agree?

Most people would agree that the Golden Rule ("do unto others") is a great moral principle.

But, would you also agree that the Christian god disobeys this rule?

Even throughout the Bible, we see that he commands the death of so many people. Assuming god exists, do you think it's alright for him to not abide by this rule that even Jesus recommends?

Update:

@David: this is exactly my point. Do you think it is moral to sacrifice a human? I didn't think so. The Christian god goes against his own principles. Is it not obvious?

    "Do unto others"

God sent his Son (2nd person of the Trinity) to die on the cross.

Your logic here is fallible sir.

I question the wisdom of the golden rule. Does it also apply to masochists?
