cheap used cricut machine?

do not get a cricut. it can only cut the patterns on their cartridges

I got one pretty cheap and I cut all kinds of things

I got my Expression on Ebay, no problem. But knowing what I know now, I would get the small one which was on sale for $100 this past week at Michael's. The Expression is big, takes up a lot of space and the only thing it can do the little one can't is make stuff that's 12" X 23". In the 15 months I've had it, I've had no desire to make anything that big. I never take this one to crops or even on long weekend crops because it's just too much trouble and there's seldom table space for the thing anyway. Mine lives in the box most of the time. I still prefer my Sizzix to the Cricut. It's small enough to stay on the table or go in a cabinet. That Cricut is just sitting there all the time.

I've found Custom Crops in Naperville IL to be a good online source. Even when you pay shipping it's been cheaper than getting the same thing -- if you can find it -- at Hobby Lobby or Michael's or Walmart. They usually ship within 48 hours.
