i fixed my xbox 360 from the rings of death and it now freezes why?

Depends which kind of Rings of death. Was it a simple loose cable or was there something seriously wrong with the console? I guess you could maybe send it back and get that problem fixed? If it freezes online, it'd be a connectivity problem. If that's the case, try restarting your internet. If it's offline, then clearly we have a problem. Maybe it's overheating or the ventilation isn't working properly and there's too much dust build up.
Just assuming. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

there is no 100% fix to the rrod unless you have a reflow station and know how to reflow the chips.
the "fixes" that you see online do not work 100% ever, there is always that chance to fail.
