Foods that taste better burnt?

aaahh :) wen u cook pizza and add extra cheese and sum falls off and u have burnt cheese pieces on the crust :) mmmmmm. also marshmallows and barbeque seasoning :) yum

Not necessarily, my family prefers hashbrowns and onions a bit on the burned and dark side. Fried Okra on the dark or burned is great. There is a point when burned gets bitter, so I'd say NOT to a Crisp so to speak just almost. Dark Brown but not Black. Onions, sweet green peppers, potatoes, brocilli,and many veggies have a different taste when cooked to a medium to dark brown. Blackened will be bitter.
