properly, if it is unlawful, i'm on my thank you to reformatory. except he's calling forward to some love letters from an affair he's having, he shouldn't care if I open his mail. If i'm able to pay each and all the fees, examine each and all the unsolicited mail and guard all correspondence, then you fairly wager i will open his mail. i do no longer think of there's a penal complex in the country that ought to accommodate each and all the ladies who open their husbands' mail.
