Can the sugar in apple juice lead to weight gain?
I`m trying to drink a lot more water than I normally would because I found out I`m dehydrated. I have been diluting apple juice and drinking it that way, since I think its easier to drink a lot of it than plain water is. It`s mostly just water, but I add apple juice in it to give it a better taste. The bottle of apple juice says no sugar added, but on the label its 28 grams of sugar. Can it be just as bad for you as a coke?

No. You cant ever compare fruits sugar to normal sugar that is used in coke. Aslong as the Apple juice is fresh and you make it yourself, its never harmful for you no matter how much you'd drink. Umm bottled or carton, its okay too. Will work. But not 100% sure if that'd pure apple juice. But either way fresh or carton, it aint making you fat as carbohydrates are sugars and just get burnt away and not stored in the body like fat does, so it will be okay either way for you hun.
Enjoy the apple juice :) btw i like orange or grapefruit juice better hahaa.
P.S Coke has hell alot of calories more than an apple juice so dont compare that to it, coke uses more amount of sugar aswell as the water in carbonated. Both harmful. Carbonated water + sugar = something totally else :).
Its best to drink plain water or with some drops of lemon in it to dilute the horrible taste of plain water or drink freshly squeezed juices but what you are doing just now is alright too. Better than drinking coke or diet pepsi (like i do) lol

no, all juices naturally contain sugars and can have quite high calorie levels (for a drink). While it may have the same-ish amount of sugars as a coke, it also has a lot more vitamins which will help keep your body healthy and also doesn't make you hungry like coke does (after a lil bit).

If you're concerned about weight gain, stop adding the apple juice. I didn't used to like water, but I just started drinking it and got used to it. I like it now.

Try consuming protien and carbs. You will achieve weight fast in case you do. Im no longer rather definite what might be fine to consume protein smart if its no longer meat however drink a protein shake or take nutrients which might be targetted for protein. Everything has carbs however matters like pastas breads soda and sweet are your fine guess for carbs.
