Pinocchio says, "My nose is going to grow." What happens?

Oh, no!

If his nose grows, he is telling the truth, but that means he is lying because every time his nose grows it is because he lied!

If his nose doesn't grow, he lied, which means it will grow, which means is isn't lying! Oh, this is so CONFUSING!

I predict that Pinocchio will disintegrate and turn to dust out of confusion, and no one will know what happened to him. Then my VCR will blow up because the movie was corrupted. After that, my house will be on fire, and I will have to run outside and be homeless!

No! Don't say it Pinocchio!!! Don't give in!!!!!

Well, would it really be a lie in the first place? I've thought about this "riddle" before. My guess is that it would remain the same or the time being and eventually it would if he were to tell another lie. But if his argument was that it was going to grow and he knew it wasn't, then yes, it would grow.

if he said that his nose was going to grow in real life. he could still be telling the truth. He did not say specifically at what time his nose would grow. He could say "My nose is going to grow." Then tell a lie. And his nose would indeed grow.

IT will explode due to the contradictory situation.

if he were sayin the truth then his nose will grow but if it does then he lied.

But if he had lied it will grow which in turn makes it truth.

See how it contradicts? thus his nose will explode!!

it would stay the same. because he's saying it Will grow in the future. and once he lies anytime after that, then what he said would be the truth
