gredients:
3 Tbs olive oil
1 lb ground meat
1 chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 4 oz. can green chiles
1/2 jar salsa
2 tsp salt
1 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
To Prepare:
First, heat up your olive oil in a saucepan, then add the meat and onion. You want the meat to get nice and brown, and the onion to get translucent and sweet. Next, add the garlic, but unlike the meat, be careful not to let it get too brown, as this will cause it to taste bitter. Now, stir in your tomatoes, corn, beans, chiles, and salsa. (Hint: Make sure you rinse the beans first. This helps to eliminate starch, which is the part of beans that... well, you know.) Let everything cook on medium-low until it's hot and bubbling, about 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, add your salt, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne, about a minute before you turn off the heat. The last step: enjoy with your family!

I can tell you how to make the best chili.
2-3 lbs of ground beef.
1 chopped onion. start by cooking the onion first till get gets soft. salt and pepper, and garlic.
then when it's soft add your burger. use cumin,(garlic Heavy),salt, pepper,(oregano heavy ).
(Italian seasoning heavy), paprika. cook until just done. make sure you drain it well.
now get some diced tomatoes. about 6 cans
hot chili beens.( it won't make hot chili) 5-6 cans. I like 6 and 4 cans of tomatoes.
one large can of tomatoes juice. put all this in a big soup pan. cook on low heat. about one forth the was up on a gas stove, or 3 and a half on an electric stove.
add more garlic, salt, pepper, and about one level table spoon of sugar. this will tame down the tomatoes. it won;t make it sweet. also add one half table spoon of Worcestershire sauce.
one eighth teaspoon yellow mustard. add 1 or 2 cups water. cold water. bring it to a boil. a rapid boil. and then turn it back down to where you started. stirr it every few minutes(3-5).
in about one or 2 hrs. you will be in love. if you want hot chili. you can add your pepper to it before it boils. but be careful. they seem to get hotter as the cook. red pepper can be used, about 1 teaspoon. and a little Cayenne pepper. about a half teaspoon. you can always add that to your bowl though after it is done. I believe this is the best chili. and I have had it bragged on for years. I believe if you enter this in a chili contest you would win every time. I would bet on it.

I like to make 2 different types
My favourite is Green chillie based so it would be a bit greenish
yogurt, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, fresh coriander, fresh garlic, black pepa
crush handful of chillies, coriander and garlic into 2 cups of yogurt and mix them all together until you get that light green texture
add lemon juice , salt and black pepa into the mix slowly until you get the desired taste but i like it tangy.
sometimes i add some red chillie powder just to give it that redish colour too
usually my guests cant get enough of it and no it wont be tooo hot because the yogurt balance it
