So my divorce is over and I won everything in the settlement. My x wife was ordered to be out of my house by august first back in may, now she is trying to tell the court that she has to much stuff and is coming up with a whole lot of reasons to not be able to move out. What is the quickest legal way to have her out so I can move in?

What would my overall score be? What jobs might I qaulify for in the Navy?

I would like to be a SEAL, and I know the training and life style will push me to the edge, make build a bridge, and then push me to another edge, but if someone is in top physical form and meets all basic entry requirments such as weight, height, age, hearing and eye sight, plus the entry physical requirments such as the 500 yard swim, the run and the sit ups and push ups, will boil down to how bad I want it, how hard will I fight for it, and my mind set that will ultimatly be my main obstacle or can the human body really only take so much and that varys from person to person no matter how bad they want something?

Im wanting to join the navy, but they do a very thorough check on your credit for security reasons. My credit is shot and I have about 15 grand in back taxes from when I had my own company, will this disqualify me from the navy? and if so will I have a better chance at the Marines?

So for the majority of my 25 years on this planet, I have been a fat underachieving loser compared to society standerds, now im trying to fix this at the age of 25. The list that was handed to me by my Financial Advisor has alot of different sites and scholorships, so I have some options, but what upsets me is that There seems to be a scholorship for women, african americans, native americans, certain religions, hispanic americans, and certain majors, well the fact that these exist does not bother me, im not a racist or anything and im glad that these exist, but why not one for white men? It just seems that there is a specific scholorship for everyone except white men and it bothers me, it just does not seem equal or right.
