what and how do i handle this?

So my divorce is over and I won everything in the settlement. My x wife was ordered to be out of my house by august first back in may, now she is trying to tell the court that she has to much stuff and is coming up with a whole lot of reasons to not be able to move out. What is the quickest legal way to have her out so I can move in?

Update:

Now if I do have to have her forceble be romeved then what about her belongings? What do I do with them? And what will happen to her if I have the police remove her, will she just be removed or will she go to jail?

Update 2:

Update 4:

Can I just have a restraining order put on her and have her and her things removed?

Legally, you can help her pack her stuff so she has it all ready to move out by the 1st. You can even help he move it all out. And get some friends to help out.

Bottom line, if she gets a court order extending the time she stays in the home, then she can legally stay in the home. But if you can show that she is capable of being out on time, and you are offering to help her pack and move, it will go a long way to showing that she can be out in time.

If she was ordered by the court to be out on a specific date, then she must comply with the court order. Three months seems to be adequate time for her to pack and relocate so I wouldn't imagine that a judge would grant her additional time, regardless of the excuses she's coming up with If she is not out by the ordered date, you may need to file an unlawful detainer with your local General District court to have her legally evicted from the house. Since laws vary by state, you might want to give your divorce attorney a call to see if you can simply call the police on August 1st and dump her belongings on the curb or if you will need to return to court & file an unlawful detainer to have her removed from the property.

Your wife seems lazy, this means before any other date is settled with the court, August first will roll around and she will probably still be there in your house. If she is, call the police and explain the situation. they will come arrest her and may even offer a restraining order.
