Help, Scared. Rats in dream?
Okay I have had two dreams about rodents this month.
Dream one: Guines pigs. I owned 2 guinea pigs and lost one. I decided to look for it I looked for it in the strangest places I though I found it and took it back to its cage. I went through my day and many appeared usually in couples. Some were even bright colors. At the end I went out to my garage to be pushed outside and there were like 30 guinea pigs out there running up to me squeeling and biting me. ( I actually own 2 guinea pigs. I am not afraid of em whatsoever. I owned 3 one died 5 months ago.. Still not accepted his death)
Dream 2: Rats. I remember this dream vaguely. It is also my most recent. I remember laying in grass in an unfamiliar place.. In a pen. I was happy and the it got dark and like 12 rats came out (they were black, white, and grey) they bit. I tried to escape but I was trapped. I also had the thing happen where you wake up but are still in a dream. I woke up and thought I was safe I looked around and I was there and the rats came up and bit me some more. I HATE rats they scare me..
What do these dreams mean?? Help! I am only 13 and am really scared.. These dreams make me not want to sleep in fear of having them over again.
Ohh my! I am soo sorry, Wrong category. Still if anybody can answer please do..

I'm not an expert, but I think the first dream is you just being depressed and uncertain about your guinea pig's death.
The second one is obviously your fear of rats. If it helps you at all, rats hardly ever bite. Even wild ones would rather run from you than attack you. And pet rats are VERY loyal, VERY sweet, and VERY intelligent. I'm not sure if it will help you at all, but I hope it puts a small peace of mind.
I also suggest maybe going to a rattery or a rat breeder and asking to see their baby rats. Babies are always cuter, and it might help you a little with your fear.
One more thing... Read this website about rats: http://fatratcentral.com/about-the-rat/ It talks about the myths of rats, and rats' personalities.

Your probably still thinking of your other guinea pig and the rats it could be just a random dream or sort of like a vision i get vision like dreams where at least one thing from my dream happens. For example i had a dream my rabbit was going to have a lot a babies and she had them a month later.

you have never been able to accept the death of your g-pig? it may be anxiety and guilt (we all blame ourselves for them dying before their time) your mind is working this out of your system by constructing these dreams. your fear is of being bitten i think. rats have been unfairly demonized as disease carrying biters. the only rat i had which bit i got from a rescue. he was very ill and had been mistreated but he came round and was a lovely little fella. he died 6 months later and i felt a lot of guilt as to whether i had done enough to help him, and the fact i could not save him cut deeper than any bite. bites are just their way of saying they are scared and vulnerable. they are not as painful as we think they will be and they heal.
