I have no meniscus and no cartilage in my left knee ;bone on bone. Will stem cell surgery help me?

I had surgery that removed my meniscus and the cartilage about 10 years ago. The pain has gotten much worse and I need to do something soon.

Usually if you are bone on bone they do a partial knee replacement so it's metal on plastic instead of bone on bone. Again, that's just what I've heard so see a doctor and get an X-Ray/MRI to see how bad your injury is. Good luck!

I have heard of mensicus transplants, however, since you have been without one for so long the cartilage on the end of your bones have probably wore away qiute a bit. Find out what grade arthritis it is and see what treatment options there are. If it's grade 4 and throughout, your only option may be a replacement. Find a good orthopedic surgeon and good luck.
