Schedule an appointment with them. Their number is 704-YOUTUBE. Try calling at 2-6 am on a monday. Those are their best hours for appointments. They are usually pretty busy during weekends. The best time to make an appointment is noon during thursday. When they knock on your door, the password is Batman. That is so they know you are serious about the video. Also, they expect a fee of 200$ plus 15$ per hour of filming. Hope I could be of help.

The people on Youtube film them self and post the video. I don't think there is a youtube team that goes around filming people.

Make a video of yourself or whatever and pot it to youtube anyone can do it. The hint is in the name YOU Tube. Means your tube (or TV).

You're meant to film yourself, then upload it, they don't come to your house

If you wish REEAAALLLYYY hard, the youtube fairy will show up at your house and record you. You might wanna sacrifice a virgin, though. Usually gets it's attention quicker.
