1 gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. the calories you have to figure out for yourself since your metabolism isn't exactly the same as mine or another persons. but the general rule is eat more if you want to get bigger. i eat 6000 calories a day. but im 6'4 and 280 with 11% body-fat and a power-lifter for your size and age i would say 2500 to 3000 with the proper protein intake i mentioned first.

Thats a big quantity of energy to be burning consuming that quantity of meals i accept as true with different answerers it is not intelligent , and why could you desire to in case your an traditional individual burning one hundred - three hundred an afternoon must suffice for aerobic. You fairly could'nt realize a weight reduction change both as your frame could hold to what few energy it has as vitamins and minerals and also you wouldnt shed extra pounds . You devour compatible for your top and weight they have got calorie calculators on-line , I'd propose round 1200-2000 energy an afternoon . Im on a six percent vitamin i devour 1750 energy an afternoon or anything close it.
