Hey guys, I would like to know what you do to get motivated on days when all you feel like doing is NOTHING!?

please no answers like get drunk or do drugs..Real answers that could help anyone, today is one of those days, I did good just cleaning house, and cooking dinner lol i should go jog or hike but i am completely unmotivated, Help!!

    Take a shower! Do your hair and makeup, put on some fresh clothes and just get outside!! Get a coffee (and a cookie if you still need more energy:)) and just go for a walk, sit in a park and enjoy!

    Well I am in the process of losing weight and I have a pair of size 12 pants which is my next goal size I started at a 16 now I am a 14 next is a 12. Anywho I just look at those pants and think god I really want to wear them. That usually gets my butt moving. I also keep a list of reasons why I am losing weight and making my body healthy. Even when I don't feel like exercising I know I have to and I know I will feel better about myself after I have done so.

    ok, enable me inform you some thing. all of us has problems of their lives. all of us has united statesand downs. you have had your proportion of detrimental cases and have long exceeded by way of a foul section. Now the undesirable section does not final for long, and eventually there will be stable issues that existence will supply you. believe me, each little thing happens for the final and your destiny would be stable. in basic terms stay constructive, and count variety your advantages. many human beings have had terrible marriages, and all pop out of it better and with a broader attitude of what they like from existence. Time is the final healer, and everthing will take place while it has to take place. you would be able to desire to motivate your self to be satisfied.

    I know it sounds silly but "dreaming" about what you would look like when you pursue fitness is a good motivator for me. About how attractive I COULD be if I only did this "one exercise" or whatever it may be. Take it one step at a time. Hope this helps!
