If yur husband did not use his legal name then you are not married because there is no such person. He committed fraud against the state in which you were married and if he is an illegal alien also against the federal government. I don't expect he has any money or property so there is no gain to you if you report him to immigration but at least you can get the fraudulent marriage off the record.
