Worse case scenario, someone got your license number and the police will be contacting you regarding leaving the scene of an accident. No, unless lots of damage was done or someone was killed, it won't be a felony.

If there was a death, there is no statute of limitations. You can be nailed for this the rest of your life.

Other wise the statue of limitations applies, in many cases you will have this hanging over your head for at least seven years.

You left evidence and the police will know the year, make, model and car color before too long. They the run down all the cars that match that.
