360 degree camera system for a car.?
I drive in traffic every day, and because of all the bone-headed driving I witness, day-in and day out, I was wondering if there was a way to set up an in-car camera system that would record these events, front, back and both sides.

Sure, there are all kinds of ways to do it. For no more than what you need, you could do it with webcams and a laptop. For about the same money, 4 (maybe 6) "helmet cams" would work too. The number would depend on the field of view required of each cam, and how much you would want the fields to overlap.
A plastic bucket with 6 cameras sticking out, mounted on top of your car, would definitely be a conversation starter! It would also be easily removable.
