30 pounds in 6 months is more then just a thyroid problem. Thyroid conditions can cause weight gain but it is only reponsible for about a 10-15%(AT MOST) weight gain for example if you weight 120 you could can 12-18 pounds in a years time. If you gained 30 pounds in 6 months you need to look close at your diet and exercise you say you did not change your diet but what about your exercise if you were involved in school sports and now are not or used to go to the gym and now dont etc.

Make sure your doctor give you natural thyroid medication synthetic drugs only give T4 and you need T3 and T4 check out www.stopthethyroidmadness.com

I’m sure you are well aware that there’s no shortage of information on the internet, especially when it comes to Hypothyroidism.

The good news is that all of this information helps to bring much needed awareness to Hypothyroidism and the DEVASTATING effects it can have on your life.

But what if I told you that 95% of hypothyroidism sufferers, like yourself, are using treatment options that are actually causing more harm than good… making you more hypothyroid every day?

    Why?

Because they are based entirely on misinformation instead of sound and scientific research.

The real question is… How can you protect yourself from this misinformation and from becoming just another one of these 95% of sufferers who are doing it all wrong?

Well, I just found this great hypothyroidism resource which will really help clear up the confusion for you. The following video I’m about to share with you contains a lot of great information on how to naturally overcome hypothyroidism by stopping it directly at the source.

The best part is that it’s actually based on scientific research… Scientific research that I will bet that you have never even seen before.

Hypothyroidism is an endocrine imbalance that stops or prevents the thyroid gland from producing thyrotoxin. When this happens your metabolic rate slows as does your pulse. You may experience obesity, dry skin and hair. Your blood pressure will become lower along with depressed muscular activity and a goiter. A goiter is a lump over the thymus on the anterior portion of the neck. Considering that your metabolic rate has slowed, along with sluggishness of all functions, then that is perfectly normal, considering your thyroid isn't functioning. Once you get on a synthetic thyroid medication and it is the right dosage, you will start to notice changes regarding your weight and your activity level. It would be considered "really bad" if this hadn't been diagnosed. Feel Better.

Hypothyroidism is caused by lack of thyroid gland, hormone deficiency, iodine deficiency, hereditary factors, Hashimoto's syndrome, and postpartum thyroiditis.

If you feel more tired and sluggish than usual, you might want to consider the health of your thyroid gland. Among other things, the thyroid is responsible for producing hormones that regulate your body’s metabolism and keep you alert. To maintain your thyroid health – and metabolism – at their peak, try Vitaganic's Thyroid Stimulator advanced supplement.
