I've been "addicted" to it for almost three months now. I can't breathe through my nose without nasal spray. I use it four+ times a day but I'm now experiencing side effects that worsen with every use. They are:

• Stinging or burning sensation.

• Sneezing and extreme amounts of nasal discharge.

• Drying of the nostrils and altered taste.

• Rapid and pounding heartbeat.

• Dizziness and trouble sleeping.

• Shaking of the hands and arms.

• Feeling of extreme weakness.

• Nausea

• Excessive coughing.

• Increased thirst and urination.

• Trouble breathing and persistent headache.

• Nasal blisters or ulcers.

• Excessive watering of eyes.

Any help would be much appreciated. I feel completely awful and I don't know what else to do.

Preferably on the internet, and free of cost.

I want to volunteer in another country for a few weeks and I was wondering if there was any possible way I could do this for cheap.

Or even a way to train your mind not to have nightmares.... I have them every night and I wake up in a terrible mood because of it. It then affects my life in very negative ways. Any advice would be helpful!

i was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism and i think i've had it since february. my diet hasn't really changed but i've gained over 30 pounds in the past 6 months and i have stretchmarks all over my body. i'm only 17, is this really bad?

About four hours ago, I felt a small pain in my neck and left shoulder and figured it'd go away. I went to see a movie and it kept getting worse, and my neck, shoulder, and upper left arm have a weird, throbbing sort of pain. I don't know what brought it on but it hurts quite badly. I also feel kinda dizzy. Help??
