I have to say that you hit the nail on the head with those two. But for the sake of putting forth different opinions, I'll put up my second favorites:
WWE: Strap Match. I watched some older matches that were pretty entertaining, but I haven't seen JTG and Shad's match, so I'll excuse that one for now. I really liked how CM Punk vs. Umaga (RIP) worked out at Extreme Rules 2009.
TNA: The first that comes to mind is Lethal Lockdown, but I also like their Cage Matches.

WWE-Hell in the Cell Matches(very tough choice between TLC, Last Man Standing, Cage, Elimination Cage, and Royal Rumble)
TNA-Ultimate X(The other matches are so boring)
