So many people are watching my eBay item but no one's offering/buying?
I'm selling my nearly new Mac Mini on eBay and there's currently 9 people watching it and has only 3 days left to go... I've put out a really low buy-it-now price with the best offer option. I'm losing some money trying to sell it already and I really can't afford to go any lower. It has been viewed 100+ times but I've received no offers nor purchasers... just watchers. Why???
To the 1st two posters, I'm selling it as best offer/buy-it-now... not bidding... :(

As others here have said, and I agree, the bid action happens in the last few minutes of an auction. Experienced ebay bidders know that. If your auction ends and no takers, consider putting it on a bidding auction instead of the buy it now. You can set a reserve price to protect yourself. It helps to look at other listings for the same item from other ebay sellers to see what the going rate is. You can compare your price to the others there to see if you are competitive. Good luck!

Because on ebay, smart people put the bid at the last minute. What's the point of putting the bid 3 days in advance and then later let somebody else outbid you.

As a ebayer for 6 years....the bidding will get hot in the last 5 mins of auction....bide your time and have patience.

go on a different account and make a small bid that way people will think that account will win it and want to bid higher.
