Is PRAYER really effective, why is it that war, famine, calamities disasters continues?

God answers prayer according to His will.

There is a timeline set for the history of mankind. It is in motion and will not change. So praying has nothing to do with what is already going to happen in this world, i.e., wars, famine, calamities, and disasters.

So if you pray for a war to end, your prayer may not be answered in the way you think it should be because it is not God's will.

You may say then why does God allow something like war if it is so awful? Yes, it is awful, but man does not want God to rule over Him. So God lets man do what he wants and look what we get.

Besides, there will never be peace on this earth until the Son of God comes to reign. There will be the false peace of the Antichrist beforehand, but believe me, you don't want to be around when that happens.

Yes, indeed, it is effective. Though many lacks faith here and there, I will give you a ride to where you want me to be. To tell you I'm not a priest, I'm a warrior of sort.

In my perspective, praying clears anxieties, so I can think clearly (what do you think?). I'll start with a question, why animals migrate? It's either because calamities are coming, or there's no more food to eat. Animals cannot farm, but by migration, the land they left will have time to grow again, and to where they are going there will be lots of what they are seeking.

If a country needs more food, instead of planting, conquers rich lands for its natural resources. Land will torn, rich fields will torn, too. No food will be left unscathed. When rich fields torned there's no stopping calamities. No home, people freezed cold or scorched from heat of the sun, soaked wet while starved to death. While experiencing this, disaster continues, people pray but waits still... for nothing.

On the other hand, pray and don't just pray (because we must do as He Will, too), we harvest "Faith" (He'll tell you "The Answer to your Prayers" what you ought to do next).

How is that? We Listen, and forget not what you prayed for^.^. He said If you are starving, find a good field, take care of it and plant, you won't starve again. I don't have tomatoes, I'll plant tomatoes and have tomatoes on my field.

I don't know how? Find who knows how to plant one, and learn, so that I won't need to seek again the one who knows how to plant it, people will then seek for me next time and it's my turn to tell them .

My neighborhood wants tomatoes. I'll give him war and my neighbor will learn to depend and retaliate... and conquer my field. I might lost, he might lost. Still, he does not know how to plant tomatoes^^. (a basic war again?) Outcome: starvation, etc.^^ Just share the knowledge so that everyone has it.

So how can I prove that prayer is effective? Because I pray, maybe not everyday, but We sure do a lot of talkings^^. Have faith and we'll always find a way.

Prayer Does Nothing!

To Stop War And **** Happening We Gotta Take Action

That's the question I always put to religious people and they tell me to see a priest or they simply say "God gave us free will" but free will does not come into natural disasters or diseases - they never have an answer for that. Honestly, if God exists, he would not be so vein as to expect you to pray to him.

Clinical studies of prayer have actually proved prayer to do nothing.

Because it's getting closer for the time for Jesus to come back, meaning the world will continue to get worse until He does. Sorry to get all religious, but nobody else would say it.

Thanks to free will, when Adam and Eve were perfect in the garden they committed original sin. Now we are more inclined to evil. It is a punishment to make us see how we need God and that we aren't gods.

Luckily Jesus came around so with Him we can be saved.

all prayer does is calm down your nervous system. it has no impact on anything else.
