which is better and easier-liquid eyliner or regular?

If you are only 11, I would suggest regular twist-up eyeliner, because liquid liner goes on really heavy, and it would be way too dark for you. I'm fifteen, and I still think liquid eyeliner is to heavy. If you want a dark look though, I would suggest Sephora's Regular Eyeliner. It goes on darker and it won't rub off, but it isn't globby like liquid liner. Hope this helps!

Pencil eyeliner is easier to apply because it takes more pressure to apply than liquid, so that means you're more sure of where you put it. Liquid can be a bit trickier because even the slightest touch to your skin gets the product on your skin. Good luck!

Liquid eyeliner is great for your upper eyelid when creating defenition and flicks

I'd stick to a pencil eyeliner as your only 11, or you can get gel eyeliner which are easy to apply from Mac and bobbi brown there very good.

pencil is better. sometimes it comes off easier though. so what i do is out line what i want and then go over it in liquid eyeliner. i found some eyeliner thats liquid eyeliner and it works amazing. it looks like a sharpie marker! i bought it at walgreens. you are young though so if i were you id just stick with eyeshadow and mascara for now:)

I personally prefer regular pencil eyeliner it's much easier to use, liquid eyeliner it just makes you tear up for some time, it's always the case for me.

you should use pencil eye liner first as a guide and then do it over with liquid. But liquid eye liner is the best b/c is last WAY longer.

You are 11, yyou dont need makeup right now. wait until you turn13.

But to answer your question liquid, or gel/cream liner

liquid is much easier applied and usually looks better although damn, you're 11, cool it for a while. you dont need make-up.

I prefer cream eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and is easy to smudge and remove.
