Which version of Silent Hill 4: The Room is the best?

I've heard that the PC version is quite glitchy and, as a result, generally not considered as good. Is there any difference between the PS2 and Xbox versions? Would one be preferable to get over the other?

    I played it on the PS2 and it was a thrilling experience.

    Anyways, this is from a GameRevolution review:

    "Unsurprisingly, the Xbox version is a bit cleaner and sharper than the PS2 and has some more detailed textures. It's a noticeable difference, but not a big deal."

    I have the PS2 version; and although used, it works quite well.
