What will happen if my apartment evicts me?

I pay my rent on time and when I can't I contact my office and set up a payment plan, but I recently had really bad roommates that tore **** up and had parties and got lots of complaints. They are gone now, but I feel like I'm on my last legs with the front office. If they evict me, what happens? Do I still have to pay to break the lease or am I just let out of it with an eviction on my renter's history?

Update:

Linda Jery, that website had absolutely no information about my question. Thank you anyways though.

If evicted, you get escorted out of the property by law enforcement. The landlord can sue for the full duration of the lease plus damages to the property, court costs, attorney fees, interest and late fees.

Yes the landlord sues and wins. You owe the balance of the rent till the unit is made habitable and rented out to another. You also pay for all damages and court costs. Your credit is destroyed and you will be unable to find any decent landlord willing to have you as a tenant
