wtf? 30 foot tall playhouse?
if you can afford such a thing for kids to play in surely you can afford a dozen men to have the deck dismantled, furnishings removed, house chopped into 8 or 10 foot wide sections and placed on a flat-bed truck to be moved. that's the proper way to move a real house. meh,about $15,000 at the least.

If you want to do it right, you'll have to take the entire thing apart.
However, the fastest way to do it would be to chain it to a tractor or large truck and pull it. It worked for me a while back!
