Does it matter where I graduate from?
Does it matter whether I graduated from an American high school when I apply for an American collage? What's the difference? Will it make my chances higher to be accepted?

Yes your chances increase as compared to an International Student. Colleges have a limit on interational students. However, some high schools have better rankings than other high school which can make a difference. If you have a good GPA and a good SAT then the ranking may not matter because if you do good on a SAT that means you are a bright student and your grades were not easy A's.

It does not really matter. If you are applying to a public school in your state you will have higher chances of being accepted as opposed to an out-of-state or International student.
But just graduating from an American high school has little to no influence on getting accepted. It's more so based on your state of residency and your qualifications as an applicant.
