have to replace old style toilet with a low-flow. which one?

my old toilet has a cracked base and i have to replace it. all that i can find are low-flow toilets. my parents recently replaced theirs and the one they chose has to be flushed up to three times to clear it. i could care less about the style or make as long as i don't have to stand there waiting to make sure the bowl is empty. i like things that work properly and as advertised and i do not want to do the job twice because i did not ask questions and get the wrong one.

those with the rude answers don't bother. i can be rude myself and those thoughts have already gone through my mind.
