I have two ATI 4830's in crossfire, can I connect 4 screens to them?

There are 2 DVI plugs in each card, so I presume this is possible but I am not sure.

    hi mate

yes... you can connect 4 screens/monitors to two radeon HD4830,s however you cannot use eye-infinity as this is a HD5000 series feature ... but you can use features such as clone( were all 4 screens display the same image ) or spanning(extended) were the image is spread over the 4 monitors.. this is probally the closest you will get to eye-infinity..

however the main difference is games will need to support multi display...... with eye infinity games are configured by the new ccc drivers however with older multi display its a bit of a hit and miss affair,

at the end of the day crossfire was designed for a enhanced gaming experience but not for multi display gaming... however give it a go and i hope it works out ok for you

    good luck mate !
