At last, VVS Laxman has found his form back. Will he play for India in the 2011 World Cup?

The fact is that, he has never played for India in the World Cup till date. Being a big fan of his, I am indeed elated by the way he played a matchwinning innings against Sri Lanka. If he continues this way, and is consistent, I feel that he should play in the 2011 World Cup.

I think if selected he won't disappoint anyone. He is a very skilled batsman and can handle any type of bowling but one can say the same thing about Dravid as well. So, it's going to depend on the whims of the selectors at the time. Win or lose I would go with the young guns like Raina, Kohli, Jadeja, yusuf, Murli, Mithun, Oza, Mishra likes because once they get rid of the new comer's anxiety, they will be as good as their seniors. Future of Indian cricket looks very bright to me.
