On Mario Kart Wii, what constitutes "winning a race?"?
In order for me to unlock certain characters on Mario Kart, I must either complete a cup by certain standards, or alternatively win "x" amount of races. What kind of race does that necessarily constitute- Wi-Fi, Grand Prix, VS, or etc., or all of those? Thank you in advance for your answer. (PS: does anyone have Bowser Jr., Baby Luigi, or Dry Bowser?)

Baby Daisy - 1 Star in all 50cc Wii-Cups
Dry Bones -Win 100cc Leaf Cup
Mii (Outfit A) - Win 100cc Special Cup
Bowser Jr. - 1 Star in all 100cc Retro-Cups
Daisy - Win 150cc Special Cup
