Should I continue using my pore cleanser?

I have what I would refer to as sensitive skin. It just developed recently and just about every product (facial cleansers and topical treatments) I use now results in a rash all over my face. This has to stop. Recently I began using a pore-cleansing facial wash, Avon ClearSkin Pore Penetrating Gel Cleanser, its active ingredient is 0.40% of Triclosan. I've used it everyday for about a week now and, as expected, I have fine bumps all over my face. They aren't painful or anything, just unsightly....Should I continue using it and hope that my skin would eventually get used to it or could continued use cause more harm than good?
